in a purpose built two-storey building, with on-site car parking available. The
units are designed to provide flexible, versatile accommodation for young,
growing businesses from a wide variety of sectors and industries. On-site
business advice and support is available to encourage growth.

There
are 33 units ranging in size from 14 - 60m2 (155 to 650 ft² approx). Rents
include property charges (heating by
radiators), general building maintenance, common area costs, alarm systems and
fire protection, refuse collection, buildings insurance and the Business Centre
services (telephone system costs, centre manager, receptionist). VAT, business
rates, electricity, telephone usage and broadband are excluded from these
prices.
Leases
are drawn up on a simple agreement that provides complete flexibility on the
basis of one month's written notice at any time.

Each unit is supplied with 2 telephone handsets connected to
the centre's digital telephone system providing individual DDI's and Voicemail
facilities. Lines, additional handsets and telephone usage are charged
separately.
Each unit is provided with it's own secure VLAN to
create an independent data network, which then shares a 2MB Framestream
connection to provide
external communications to the Internet.
Facilities include toilets on both
floors, vending machines, drinking water dispensers, disabled toilets and lift,
cafe, Atrium and catering facilities for tenants, visitors and conferences.
