e-space north: conference facilities

At e-space North we have a large conference room which can be sub-divided into two rooms, one of 480 sq ft and a smaller one of 265sq ft. Combined, the room can accommodate 50 people theatre style and up to 20 people boardroom style.

Both rooms are very well equipped, each having an OHP on a trolley, with a 150 x 150cm screen, flip chart and dry-wipe board, all rail mounted for ease of use. The 'larger' room also has a ceiling mounted LCD projector (1024 x 768 resolution), speakers and microphone. The projector can show presentations from either a PC (available or your own lap-tops can be used), video, DVD or CD. Please contact us if you have another format you wish to use.

The smaller room is ideal for meetings of up to eight people. The room also houses the video-conferencing equipment.
