The following services come as standard to all e-space tenants across our two centres with our Ely offices and Littleport offices:
Both centres offer a warm and friendly central reception that provides a professional front of house service for tenants and visitors. Reception provides a number of roles including mail handling, message services, parcel collection and a central information point.
e-space strives to create a secure environment for our tenants with electronic security doors, 24-hour CCTV and individual unit alarms. Tenants are provided with 24-hour access, 7 days a week, putting no limits on your business hours.
Parking and cycle spaces are available for you and your clients at both centres.
e-space tenants receive free use of the interview room for up to two hours a day at e-space north in Littleport, subject to availability, and qualify for reduced rates when booking the e-space north meeting rooms.
Central reception provides shared resources available to all e-space tenants. Each tenant has an individual code to access the central photocopying machine, tenants can send or receive faxes and a postal service is provided to sort and frank incoming and outgoing mail.
Broadband, telephony and IT support are provided in partnership with i-dash for the e-space centres.
e-space offers on-site recycling facilities and all the communal areas are maintained and cleaned as part of the monthly rent.
