flexible, affordable serviced offices

New firm checks into e-space North

A company specialising in property, who have recently developed a range of luxury
serviced apartments has moved into East Cambridgeshire District Council’s flagship
business centre e-space north in Littleport.

GND Properties Ltd, which owns and manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the Greater London area, took up units last month. They have recently expanded to include ‘Sand and City Condotels’, a range of luxury serviced apartments with a full suite of concierge, housekeeping, and many other services brought to customers’ doors.

Shimon Cregor, Managing Director GND Properties Ltd. Said: “Our company has been working from a home office for the past few years and using meeting room space for our many visitors. Obviously a corporate building filled with activity and experienced staff maintains the professional face essential for a modern successful business.

“After two years trailing other options, we chose e-space north offices for their balance between monthly expenses and quality services. We are very happy with our decision, and have already seen the returns benefiting our company and improving prestige amongst our customers and partners.”

e-space north is a serviced office business centre that has been operating since 2001. The building is owned and managed by East Cambridgeshire District Council. A limited number of units are currently available on flexible monthly leases at competitive prices.

Darren Hill, Team Leader, Economic Development at East Cambridgeshire District Council, said: “GND Properties Ltd is one of a number of new tenants to take office space at our Littleport centre in recent weeks. In the current economic climate, the offices provide unrivalled flexibility and value for money as companies do not have to commit themselves to long-term leases.

“Leases are available for an initial six-month period with one month’s notice required by either party. The centre has a wide range of unit sizes available from 150 to 644 sq ft with ample parking and catering facilities on site.”
