flexible, affordable serviced offices

new e-space tenant on the road to success

A company specialising in finding solutions to traffic congestion has moved into East Cambridgeshire District Council’s business centre, e-space south in Ely.

Kapsch TrafficCom Ltd, whose parent company is in Vienna, has just opened a UK base in Ely to support and develop the UK operations of Kapsch.

Sharon Kinderleysides, Managing Director Kapsch TrafficCom Ltd, said: “Our company chose to take an office in e-space due to it’s excellent location near to Ely railway station and the flexibility of the accommodation on offer which is perfect for our business needs as a growing company.”

e-space south is a serviced office business centre that has been operating since 2001. The building is owned and managed by East Cambridgeshire District Council. A limited number of units are currently available on flexible monthly leases at competitive prices. A larger facility is also located just off the A10 in Littleport offering units from 150 to 650 sq ft which are ideal for small companies wishing to take on their first commercial premises.

Darren Hill, Team Leader, Economic Development at East Cambridgeshire District Council, said: “ We have a real diverse range of businesses at our two business centres and Kapsch TrafficCom is another excellent addition to our portfolio of tenants.

“A recent study highlighted that the e-space centres continue to offer real value for money compared to other business centres across Cambridgeshire. In addition to the excellent service that we provide to our tenants, we also offer tremendous flexibility given that leases are available for an initial six-month period with one month’s notice required by either party. “
